How do I delete my account without having access to it or the Gmail account?

Essentially, I had a TikTok account a couple of years ago back in middle school and I posted some cringe stuff with myself in it, and since I was already pretty disliked and seen as weird I got bullied cause of it, but didn't delete the videos for a few stupid reasons hoping it goes away and that they were just hating on me about trying to have the confidence to show my face in a TikTok video (😬) it did but it come up a few more times yet I still didn't delete the videos, eventually, last year I lost my phone with the account on it and when I got a new phone I couldn't remember the password to my Gmail and TikTok and couldn't reset the passwords cause my new phone was making me do it on my old phone (which is lost) so I had to make new everything essentially, I still had it on my PC, until months ago when Gmail on my PC randomly synced in with the new Gmail account so I completely lost access to that Gmail account I used to make that old TikTok account, but these guys that were originally messing with me about those videos (we now go to the same class in highschool) remembered about it and started essentially shoving it in my face and even downloaded one particularly crappy video I did delete and may have downloaded the rest and are sharing them amongst themselves in groupchats without me like I'm born to be some sort of joke, so idk since I pretty much have no way of logging in again
