Unable to see specific Lives on iPhone app but they appear on web browser

Hello! My wife recently started streaming on TikTok live, and for some reason I am unable to view her Lives from my phone. I can see other Lives just fine, and hers still shows up on TikTok in a web browser, but for some reason specifically her Live won't show up on my phone. If I search her name the Live icon comes up in the search results, but when I view her profile it doesn't look like she's live.

So far I have tried:

• Rebooting my phone
• Logging out of the TikTok appand logging back in
• Deleting and then reinstalling the tiktok app from my phone

Any advice?
