how can i be anonymous in TikTok

i create my new account of TikTok and start to create content approximately 1 month ago but i dont want to people of my neighborhood notice that then TikTok start to recommend my account on people you may know. i created my account with a bew email and TikTok continues recommended my account to people who lives nearly to me.
