Genuinely tweaking (photo comment)

I can LITERALLY choose the region where I'm located, I changed my samsungs account location, my date and time, and also using a mockup location in egypt, and have the option to choose that IM IN EGYPT!! So what the h*ll is wrong with this???? I've been trying to set it up for a while, nothing.
