Tiktok refresh on alt tab

I hate it, im using android phone and every time I go fact check a comment, every time i spell check myself, every time i go visit translator, the app refreshes itself and i lose the darn post that i was checking, the comments i was making, the video i was watching. Feels like a sibling stealing the remote and its driving me nuts.
