Update! Now it's just being glitchy. It works on some videos and doesn't work on others.

Happened to me for a few minutes, closed the app and the notification for the intelectual property update came up and when I pressed got it the comments were back to normal 👍

I just deletes my tik tok and redownloded it works fine now
