Due to privacy concerns… yes. TikTok doesn’t collect data any differently than any social app by Meta does - this is verified by apple and google as the apps are placed in the app stores. Assuming either Zuckerberg/Musk or the CCP can access that data, I personally think the first likely poses more risk to the average American given the CCP is highly unlikely to take interest in random individuals (the second could be more risky if you’re a blackmailable CEO or government official though!)

Algorithm manipulation again, both can do. The question is who has more incentive to manipulate you, and poses more danger in doing so… I personally think most Americans are doing the math wrong on this one, but reasonable people could argue either way.
