White border or lines on thumbnails?

Anyone know why my TikTok thumbnails have a white border or kind of cut off my thumbnails?

At first I thought “oh, maybe they’re the wrong size”, but then I looked at past thumbnails that were the same size, and they don’t look like this. Now all my current ones do.

And this is only a mobile issue. When I upload from my PC, it looks completely normal, but if I upload from mobile, the thumbnail looks all messed up.

Any fixes?

Edit: I tried zooming into the thumbnail and it worked, but...I don't know. It's 100% something on their end, because it used to work perfectly normal, and now I get these white borders.
