My TikTok isn’t working and I don’t understand why.

It’s been a couple weeks since my TikTok started lagging. Only one every few videos actually loads, sometimes even the ones that load don’t have sound. I can’t use any filter and I can’t swipe to go to somebody’s profile. When I search something up it barely works or just doesn’t. I’ve downloaded the latest version, restarted my phone and also cleared the cache but nothing works. This became worse and worse until today where my TikTok doesn’t work at all. It says I have a connection problem but I don’t, everything else on my phone works perfectly fine.
