Tiktok app uninstalled without me uninstalling it, I just installed it back and it won’t let me sing in, it says maximum number of attempts reached but I didn’t even try to sign in once, wtf???

oh yeah this happened to me a couple years back when i was traveling in turkey. what i did was use a vpn to america and it worked. though im not sure if your situation is the same. lmk if it works though
