Editors who are good at making edit visuals for songs for Tiktok $$$$

I'm a indie artist, like indie indie no traction yet type of artist. And I'm looking for someone whos good at making edits for Tiktok. I want it to use my music though, and you would be paid. I'm thinking anywhere from 10-30 dollars. I'm willing to negotiate. + if you have a editing account and can show analytics + if you also can do it in a decent amount of time. Like within a week.
