Hacked Account: Am I Cooked?

Hi everyone 👋

I’m dealing with a frustrating situation where my TikTok account was compromised. The hacker changed all identifiable details: email, phone number, and username—making it impossible for me to access my account. I’ve managed to locate my account; it still uses my profile picture and bio but under a new username. My original password shockingly works with this new username, but the account is now protected by their 2FA.

Coincidentally, this issue occurred just 1-2 days after my first purchase from the TikTok shop was delivered. They also submitted a refund for TikTok Shop Balance.

I’ve been in touch with TikTok support for a few days, but it’s been a headache, and I don’t think they understand that I cannot log in at all.

Has anyone here experienced something similar and managed to regain access, or am I completely cooked?
