How do I tell if I accidentally went live on TikTok?

Every so often someone’s TikTok live will show up on my FYP. Sometimes I join and watch for a bit. Today a live shows up, and beside the creators name and is a small white box that says “Commented on your live”. I have a private TikTok account and have never gone live purposefully… did I accidentally go live at some point? If so how can I tell?
