Can someone explain to me what this is the gray button didn't do anything but the red one took me to my phone keypad with 911 dialed

omg i just got this and was about to post, cant find anything online about tiktok dialing emergency services! The grey button didnt do anything for me tho the red button dialed 911 which i almost accidentally called 💀 I assume it may be something they're currently implementing that's a wip and somehow accidentally put it on public servers? That's my best guess as it doesn't necessarily seem malicious and it's hitting multiple people around the same time. Scared the sh out of me tho cus its fucking 10pm.
