WHAT is this?

Literally don’t know what happened. Was casually scrolling through TikTok and then this appeared. Was wondering if the buttons on the bottom did anything, so I pressed the red one and that “call 911” thing popped up. Nothing from the gray button. What is this? Happen to anyone before? Kinda weird and disturbing.

It's an amber alert glitch. It's the same format. The 911 option pops up on the amber alerts
