Account was hacked & locked

My TikTok account got hacked back and January and I have been going back and forth with TikTok about it. They asked me to verify some information and they confirmed that someone did hack it so they locked the account and later sent me this message. I tried to log in but it’s not working at all. Has anyone ever gotten this before? Did it work for you?
