What even am i supposed to do now?

It tells me if i still want to update my birthdate then i should confirm my username, which i did in the "report a problem" and sent them a screenshot of it in the website too, and sent them an email of the username, should i now wait?

That would appear to be what you need to do. This is a bot reply, you know how many people use this app? Each person would need their own support person. Hence why they wouldn’t know user was already included.

So just wait for a reply, I’m not really sure what your question is if that doesn’t answer it.
