Possible to have primary audience be in another region?

Does anyone know if it's possible to post 'from another region' so the audience that sees your posts first isn't local to you?
The music I make and my sense of humour unfortunately don't align very well with my region, so the vast majority of my posts is stuck between 800 and 900 views.
One of my posts that did somehow reach other regions is currently almost at 9k.
Any thoughts?
