TikTok followed over 200+ bot accounts with my account?

I don't use the app much, and I just looked at my account for the first time in 2 weeks or so and my following count look unusually high. I looked at my following list and I was following 200+ bot accounts... Obviously I did not do this myself. How could something like this happened? Am I hacked or is tiktok following accounts on my account?
