Videos won’t restart after scrolling back to them

Recently I noticed that if I scroll from a video (that is over a minute long) and scroll back to it, it won’t restart. It will just pick up back from I left off. It doesn’t happen to videos under a minute. I’ll scroll from it, scroll back, and it will restart (for videos under a minute). It’s annoying to me because I like to listen to music on TikTok and like to scroll back to it to hear the beginning again. Is this a bug or a new update? I hope that makes sense!!
