Account Hacked

Hey all, I went to get on my TikTok,and it has been hacked.. the person changed my email and phone number so I couldn't recover... So I got the email they send if you didn't do this please contact us..

So my question is how long do they take to get to you? The person Also tried to create returns for a few cheap items,but I don't keep my credit card or any card on file.

I just want to get back into my account,I don't want to have to do it all over..

I can't believe someone hacked me,it's not like I got a bunch of followers,but I have lots of videos...

It took a month for them to help me, but when they did it was super vague instructions and they closed the help ticket so i couldnt ask any questions. By that point all my videos had been deleted and the hacker was posting ads for products in a different language, so being that I couldn’t get any actual tangible help I just made a new account to watch videos. It absolutely sucked to see my videos wiped from my account, but as I wasn’t helped before that happened there wasn’t anything to do. I’ve given up at this point. Sorry this doesn’t offer much hope :/ but that’s been my experience within the last two months.
