tiktok just isnt working?

so for some reason tiktok hasnt been working at my house. doesnt matter if im using my mobile data or the wifi. at first it was just the search bar not working but now, it's just a loading screen that never opens. even when im outside. sometimes though it might work with my uni's shitty wifi, so idk whats up with it
