I can’t verify my age because the app is broken

Well, everytime i try to photograph my ID the whole app just goes blank. I can swipe right which leads me to the first screen, I can’t do any other action. This sucks so bad and I don’t really know what to do about it

This is especially bad because I just ordered something from tiktok shop and now because the app thinks i’m a minor, i can’t see my orders anymore so i have no way to see where my order is. There’s no support at all?
