Video flagged as low effort/unoriginal

I make video game challenge videos and one video recently got flagged as unoriginal/low effort and it performed very well. I tried to appeal it and it got denied.

 

I put in at least 5-10 hours into making it but I'm thinking the system got triggered since the title used was similar to a previous video.

 

I lost out on at least $100-$200.

Wait videos can be flagged as low effort or unoriginal? Then how the hell do we have so many people reposting others content and adding nothing of value? How do we have so many idiots going live and playing that stupid bouncing ball game while listening to like a prayer and screaming like a psycho?
