Asian TikTok Bots Accounts??

Can anyone explain what these Asian TikTok accounts that mass spam my videos with likes and comments. Then DM me? I be thinking they’re just bots, but then they be live? So, I get confused. I usually just block them, but still. It’s so weird. I would think a bot wouldn’t go live, but their accounts look way to suspicious to trust.
