Filtered Keywords can’t be deleted, updated, or added.

Title; whenever I try to delete a filtered keyword they reappear whenever I close the menu and reopen it. Whenever I try to update them they just go back to how I had them. Whenever I try to add any they don't appear and the number stays the same. Any ideas??? I've gone to support.
