if i cant promote a video due to audio copyright, is it also being suppressed in any way?

im not a regular poster and am not looking to actually use the increase view option, i dont make money from this. just wondering if a video i posted is being suppressed bc of the copyright and fact that i cant promote it. didnt even think about that when making it, the audios still up on it
