if i cant promote due to audio copyright, does it mean that my video is also being suppressed?

the audios still up on it but i saw i cant pay to promote the video which i wasnt planning on. im just curious if it wont be in the algorithm as well. its just a shitpost so idc but its seemingly doing alright
