I can't upload on tiktok

So a few months ago I started editing my content on tiktok, I use to use capcut but now you have to subscribe to avoid the watermark.

But every single time I do a voice over edit on my tiktok, it takes FOREVER to upload, like hours, sometimes overnight. And when it does upload the voice over is GONE. No sound, just a soundless video. 😩

Does this happen to anyone else? How do I fix this?
