Someone managed to hack my account, they changed my name and phone number so quickly so I couldn't change it back, ive emailed tiktok because nothing is working, how long do I have to wait for a response, this is freaking me out!
This has happened to tons of people. Probably thousands in the past month. Mine got hacked early April and I’ve gotten pretty much no help from tik tok. I’ve accepted the loss and outright refuse to make a new account
If you are friends with two people that you can message on TikTok then u can save your account by doing the verify with 2 friends option. Otherwise good luck because tt doesn’t help with this no matter what they say they are too overwhelmed to respond. I have heard some instances where the user did nothing and somehow got their account back after a year or so but that is rare
How did they get into the account in the 1st place?
This happened to me on IG and they didn’t do anything to help either.
