Account blocked after registration

I wanted to create a second account yesterday. I registered with a different email and password and was immediately blocked. I have not received an email about this, I cannot log in because I am blocked.

But I can't file an objection because I can only do so in the app. If I want to use the feedback form in the user contact and select the category “Account blocked”, I also get the message that I have to do this via the app.

Do you have any ideas on how I can file an objection now?
