My videos are stuck at 0 views and TikTok support is playing stupid and saying it’s my hashtags. I don’t know what to do.

It's a timing thing. Don't use hashtags. Get ten videos you want to post and post one each hour. See which ones get most views and post in that timeframe. Also use trending audios. You can mute the audio if it interferes in the sound of your video.
