I'm having problems with live

This is my first time going live and I'm trying to do it on pc gaming how ever it keeps on disconnect the live stream. And I wanted to see if my profile said i was live on my phone so I can look at my comments instead of exiting the game. But it doesn't show that I'm live on my phone either. I have know idea what to do and I just what to remind you this is my FIRST TIME so do think I stupid or something.
