Sleep hours glitching

My TikTok sleep hours song keeps playing even if I'm not using TikTok! I got sick of it and turned them off in settings.. STILL PLAYING THE MUSIC. OVER MY SPOTIFY AND STUFF. I turn it back on and change start time to a minute away, hoping to scroll till it comes and turn off for night then.. STILL PLAYING. It's playing AS I TYPE THIS
