Should I give up and create a new account on TikTok?

I've been posting videos for the last 2 months and still on 17 followers.
My views are around 1k per video and don't go up much
some videos have 3k
I am in Europe and make videos in English with my face and music background without voice but with texts on screen
I get like 10% of likes ratio -- 1300 views = 100 likes
People save content
some coment
there are likes

I make videos on iPhone 13 Pro (i think TikTok also includes phone parameters, you can't be making serious videos with 10 years old phone)
