Mum with 2 severely disabled children

Hi there, a long while ago I kept seeing tiktoks from a mother and her 2 kids who were severely disabled. I believe they were from the US. The kids were bedbound and could not speak or communicate, needed 24/7 medical care at home and their mum and nurses cared for them. I believe they even needed eyedrops to keep them moist, since they could not close them properly.

Any ideas who that might have been? They recently popped back up in my mind and I wanted to see how they were doing, but wasnt able to find the account.
