capcut audio not syncing on tiktok

this app is borderline unusable

I edit my videos in capcut desktop to crop/add subtitles, export and upload to reels and tiktok. Uploading to reels is fine, zero problems

Anytime i upload to tiktok the audio lags. I've done everything, deleted and redownloaded the app, cleared chache, go on and off wifi. I download the video files in 1080p res, 60fps frame

and the audio lags every. single. time. I'm like, at the wits end idk what to do. it's a video sharing app! why do videos that i edit ON AN APP TIKTOK OWNS not sync???? it's insane
