Where can I hire a TikToker to create a "TikTok" for me?

What I mean is - I have a few entertainment events in mind and I want to promote them with funny skits. I don't really want to post them on TikTok, I just know TikTokers are the best at doing short skits right now, so that's why I am looking in their direction. I would use the video on my end.

I can't seem to find anybody on fiverr though. People who promote there do mostly product placement or very rigid commentary.

Do you guys know where I could hire people for reoccurring, cheap skits (10-30 seconds long)?

Also, when I say "cheap", I don't mean objectively cheap. I mean cheaper compared to what those fiverr guys offer for brands (hundreds and thousands of EUR per skit is their minimum price).
