The “Don’t Mix” Trend is Bullshit

The “don’t mix” trend and videos I keep seeing all over tiktok for the last few weeks is casual racism and it needs to stop. It’s weird asf that many people are openly okay with openly being racist against interracial relationships, marriages and mixed people. It’s disgusting. Also, one gives a damn about your 1800s “marry within culture only” mindset. Especially the ones who love mixed celebrities, athletes and artists. And also, mixed is not just black and white ethnicity. That is all.

Let's not kid ourselves, a lot of younger people these days seem to have a 1950's mindset about race, sex, etc. It's genuinely disturbing.

It's a combo of both racism and insecurity. Look at that "asian masculinity" subreddit sometime and get a reading on how they feel about asian women dating white men
