Long answer, if you want only content from a certain country your SIM Data and Wi-Fi data has to be from that country and no other country for 60+days, the only way around this is to create a new TikTok account on a device which has had all it's SIM Data and Wi-Fi data from that country for the last 60 days (or in the case of a device that has never had TikTok installed is the SIM Data and Wi-Fi data at time of install and setup must be from the country you want to set the device to AND you can't go changing the SIM Data and Wi-Fi data country after you set it up.
