Yes it’s a scam, people send me this same message all the time on tiktok, Instagram etc etc.

Yeah definitely screams scam to me. They would probably send you a check that looks legit, but in reality it's not a real check and if cashed, will come back to cost you. Don't cash it, don't accept any money. Block this person asap.

Well a couple different people on Tick Tock notify me was it last year or the year before asking me the same question and I told him no you cannot use my profile picture or none of my pictures somebody offered to pay me and I said no
