2nd TikTok Account on 2nd phone

Hello,

Just to be completely safe, I want to open a new TikTok account on a new device (phone) with Google Voice. This is a throwaway phone but I will be using same wifi as my primary phone. Will TikTok ban me in any way at all because of same IP address?

Same question for Insta account.

Just asking because I've landed in trouble before.
