something happened to them where we cant download videos in hd anymore (aka source quality) instead it just downloads the compressed video without the watermark, what happened?

Yeah, I just noticed the same thing. They were working fine yesterday.
I would assume it’s because of some sort of an API change on tiktok’s part. Hopefully it’s a quick fix for the developers 🤞
I’m looking for alternatives. This site (https://downr.org/) seems to work with regular posts, but not with stories. I’ll update if I find anything else.
