TikTok Glitch

Recently I went to Cuba and got a VPN so I could use TikTok there but it did not work. Now I am back in Canada where TikTok works but it is showing me a glitch now whenever I open TikTok saying "this service is not available in your country or region". This doesn't make sense since I'm already back in Canada...anyone know how to fix this?
