How to add photos into comments

I’ve been seeing people posting there concert moments with the artist they saw and I wanted to do it but after seeing all of the beautiful pictures that were taken I feel so left out 😭. My TikTok is updated but I don’t have the photo option to do so People kept mentioning about Egypt but that doesn’t do nothing.
