i cant login to tiktok with gmail

im tryna login to an old account but it wont let me.

i dont know the username or password but its logged in with my email and im tryna send a code to my gmail to change the password to log in, the issue is that when i send a code it doesnt show up in my gmail anywhere and i dont know how to get the email from tiktok to reset the password. anyone know how i can fix this issue and recieve the email?
