Can others find me by email if they have it in synced contacts?

Hi, I’m aware that I can disable being suggested to my contacts but I’m not sure if that option includes not being suggested to people who sync their contacts and have my email saved. Maybe I just can’t read but I will appreciate someone reassuring me:) Thx
