Can someone tell me what the deal is with these sugar baby posts?

I had to look this one specifically because the one I was looking at on my fyp didn't save to my watch history, but what's the deal? I keep seeing them, and obviously they aren't legit, but what are they trying to scam from you? Money? Lewd photos? Is it interaction bait? What's the deal?
