Its not TikTok, well it is but not what you think. I just had a video get 70k views on titktok with 250 comments and every day I still have to review and accept comments that aren't even offensive. It allows me to remove them to and when I do it sends that message to the commentor. So this was more likely because of the OP of that video that censored your comment.
