The last several days I’ve had a massive amount of message requests coming into my account, all from scammers and bots. It’s exceptionally annoying and I want to figure out what’s going on and how to stop it. I’m wondering if anyone else has seen an uptick recently and what they’re doing about it or if they’ve been able to fix the problem
Ughhh yes I’ve been getting hit HARD with that too lately 😭 it’s like the second a video does even a little bit well, suddenly I’m flooded with fake accounts and spam DMs. Super annoying and honestly kinda overwhelming. I’ve had to keep tightening my filters and limiting who can message me. It sucks because it makes connecting with real people harder too. Ur definitely not alone though—I’ve noticed a big uptick the last couple weeks. TikTok needs to step it up for real 🫠
